I don't know about other writers, but inside my head is mass chaos... The stories write themselves in my head and it's not always in order... I have to grab a notebook a lot of times and jot stuff down... Then, later I have to try to make sense of it all... The bad part is when I fall in love with a character and then I have to write them doing something horrible. But, that's the way it plays out... You don't always like parts of the story but you have to write them. Nothing is perfect. I love how it feels like I am right there in that world with them and at that moment nothing else matters, nothing else exists.
The real fun part here lately is that I've been trying to work on the sequel to my fist novel, but there is another story wanting to be told. One that has nothing to do with the other two. SO, I've been having to let it take the lead right now. It's a beautiful story, though. So, it hasn't been all bad...
